How to cancel Request?

There are some circumstances in which you would like to cancel a Request that was created by mistake or that is no longer required.

It is very simple to do in the platform. There is no need to waste time calling Vendors or other departments to accomplish this. Simply follow the steps outlined below:

 

  • Navigate to the All Requests tab in the Request Management section:

  • Select the specific Request to be canceled from the list of All Requests. Use the filter function under the name of each column.
  • Once you've located the required one, click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the Request:

  • Choose Cancel from the dropdown menu and click on it. Then press the Yes cancel button. You can also write the following comment:

There is another method for canceling a Request. Assume you are on the Request Overview Page.

  • To cancel, locate a dropdown arrow next to the View PDF button and click on it:

  • Choose Cancel from the dropdown menu and click on it. If necessary, enter a comment and then click the Yes cancel button:

Done! You are now aware of all methods for canceling a Request.
