Once you've created a New Request, notes are the simplest way to communicate between departments.
It enables viewing of any notifications or updates within the Approval process.
All requested participants will find the communication method simple to use.
- To begin, you should open your Request. To do so, navigate to the Request Management > All Requests tab and locate the required one. To expedite the search, use the filter function under the name of each column:
- Open the required Request.
- The Notes section can be found on the Overview page. You can leave notes that will be visible to all participants right there:
