The Delivery schedule is the schedule of goods shipments. At the same time, depending on the customer's needs and agreements with suppliers, the same items may be shipped on different dates. A chart is required to establish obligations and monitor their fulfillment.
The delivery schedule is the result of work on request and delivery condition selection, as it reflects which goods, in what quantities, at what prices, and when we can ship them.
Teamprocure has implemented the Delivery Calendar feature, which allows you to track shipments, manage terms, and make your work more efficient.
Follow these steps to learn how to use the tool:
- Open the Delivery Calendar under the Procurement tab:
- On the Delivery Calendar page you can see all upcoming shipments:
- By clicking on the Procurement order you can check the order's information:
- Using the arrows, you can view the previous month's deliveries as well as upcoming shipments for future months:
